INNOVATION PROMOTION

The Federal Government's funding programme "Innovative shipbuilding secures competitive jobs" is unfortunately not used by all eligible shipyards.

Small and medium-sized shipyards in particular are not aware of the potential of this funding and fail to submit their funding claim. The problem is that many shipyards shy away from the effort and complexity of the applications, which unfortunately results in large sums of funding not being applied for, which could be used to expand competitiveness.

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the German Shipbuilding and Ocean Industries Association would like to expand the circle of applicants. This is the only way to secure competitive jobs and the funding programme.

From the application to the final notification of funding, I take over the complete coordination and implementation of the innovation application at the Federal Office of Export Control (BAFA). This way, your operative business is not burdened by additional bureaucratic work.
